Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
Last updated: July 22, 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Human Voice Over website, creator portal, and related dubbing and localization services. By using the website or services, you agree to these terms.
If you enter into a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, or services agreement with Human Voice Over, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Services and Project Terms
Human Voice Over provides human dubbing and localization for creator channels, including native-language adaptation, casting, voice performance, audio engineering, subtitles, translated publishing metadata, quality control, and delivery. The exact scope, languages, deliverables, schedule, and approval process for a project are set out in the applicable proposal or written project agreement.
We may use employees, studios, voice actors, translators, and other qualified production partners to perform the services.
Information, Calculator, and Estimates
The public information deck, pricing ranges, and dubbing calculator are planning tools, not binding quotes or guarantees. Calculator results depend on the channel URL, public YouTube information available at the time, selected videos, language count, speaker tier, and other assumptions you provide.
A final scope, price, schedule, language plan, and performance arrangement apply only when confirmed in an HVO proposal or signed project agreement.
Accounts and Communications
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree that we may send operational communications needed to provide the services, including project updates, review requests, delivery notices, and account or billing messages.
Client Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the videos, scripts, channel materials, trademarks, and other content you provide. You grant Human Voice Over the limited permission needed to access, translate, adapt, record, synchronize, review, and deliver that content for the project.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for us to work with the content and that our authorized use will not violate another party's rights.
Production, Revisions, and Delivery
Project timing depends on scope, language count, source quality, casting, feedback, and timely access to required materials. Delivery dates and included revision rounds are governed by the applicable project agreement.
You are responsible for reviewing submissions and providing clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed review window. Material scope changes may affect timing and fees.
Fees and Payment
Fees, deposits, billing milestones, payment terms, and any performance-based arrangements are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires otherwise.
Late or unpaid balances may result in paused production, delayed delivery, or restricted account access as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Ownership and Licenses
Ownership of completed localized deliverables transfers as stated in the applicable project agreement and after any required payment conditions are satisfied. Human Voice Over retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, production methods, and general know-how.
Third-party materials, platforms, music, fonts, or other licensed elements remain subject to their own license terms.
Acceptable Use and Confidentiality
You may not misuse the website, portal, or services; interfere with their security or operation; upload unlawful or harmful material; impersonate another person; or use the services to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Each party will handle non-public project information with reasonable care and use it only for the project, subject to any more specific confidentiality terms in a signed agreement.
Disclaimers and Liability
Except for commitments expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided on an as-available basis. Human Voice Over does not guarantee audience growth, views, revenue, platform approval, or a particular commercial result.
Any warranty exclusions, liability limits, indemnities, or remedies applicable to paid services are governed by the signed project agreement and applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may end a project or services relationship as allowed by the applicable agreement. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address unpaid balances.
Obligations relating to payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and other provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, subject to any dispute-resolution process in a signed agreement.
Changes and Contact
We may update these website terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
